Description

The Elm and Orchard corner of the Stop and Shop Plaza, especially next to the gas station is full of litter. It is within the fence of the gas station. The whole Elm Street side is full of litter along the edges. ALso, the fence next to the gas station is missing several sections and looks terrible.
